How May I Assist You?  A Training Video for Amtrak's Employees This training tape was developed to teach employees the proper procedures to follow when assisting customers  with disabilities. Production of this award-winning video began in late 1997. The final tape was delivered in the spring, with  a final steering committee meeting presentation in June of 1998. The script was co-written by the Customer Service Department of Amtrak and the Paralyzed Veterans of  America.
