Everyone is welcome to arrive in New Mexico up to a week before the wedding.  We will arrive on Friday, August 20th and be pretty busy finalizing all of the wedding plans throughout that  weekend.  We have made a list of activities that will be fun for everyone during the week.  It is not mandatory in any means for everyone join us if you should have other plans, but we sure would love everyone  to join us if they can.   Monday, August 23rd - Meet at the Courtyard by Marriott lobby at 12:30pm to go to lunch at El Modelo at 1pm. - Meet back at the  Courtyard at 5:30pm to go to the Sandia Peak Tramway for Sunset.  Tuesday, August 24th -Meet at Courtyard by Marriott at 11:30am to drive up the Turquoise Trail to Madrid to have lunch at the  Mine Shaft Restaurant and check the shops of Madrid. -Meet at the Courtyard at 7pm to leave for Route 66 Pub  Crawl. The historic Route 66 has become a great place for nightlife. Experience everything from billiards, dancing, breweries, and great food. -Dancing at Midnight Rodeo and Gotham.  Wednesday, August 25th -Meet at 12 noon to go to the BioPark! This includes the Botanic Gardens, the Aquarium, and  the Zoo. -Meet at the Toulouse's (Jim and Charlotte's house) at 1020 Adams Street, SE around 6pm for the  "Family and Friend's" Cookout and Pool Party. We hope to have the families and friends meet and get to know each other before the wedding.    Thursday, August 26th -Golf at the Arroyo  del Oso Golf Course at 9am. Meet at the Courtyard at 8am and be ready to tee it up! -For those not playing golf, other activities are available. Tamaya would love to go to Cliffs Amusement Park or Hinkle Family Fun  Center. - Bachelor and Bachelorette get togethers. Meet at the Courtyard at 5pm. Guys go one way, girls go the  other. -Meet at Boot Scoots Country Dance Club at 9pm. Friday, August 27th -Everyone on their own for the day. -Wedding Party to meet at the Courtyard at 3pm to leave for Coronado Restaurant for the wedding rehearsal. -From the wedding rehearsal,  the wedding party will go to the Rehearsal Dinner at 5:30pm at Sadie's on 4th Street. - Everyone meets for a nightcap afterwards at the Monte Vista Fire Station. - Back to the hotels and homes for a good night of sleep.    Saturday, August 28th. -Everybody on their own for the day. -Wedding party gets together for the big day. - Wedding Ceremony and Reception at 6:30pm in Bernilillo. Sunday, August 29th -Sunday Brunch for those who can join at 11am at the Rancher's Club (University and Menaul) in the Hilton Hotel. Come  on down if you can make it!
