Spero's Video received the 2000 Telly Finalist award for the production of Amtrak's Keystone Club.This video was used  show the Pennsylvania Dept. of Transportation how the Keystone Club accomplished a number one rating for on the Customer Service Index (CSI) through new techniques in communications and customer care.
